Recently, the first two Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises in all of Paraguay opened in Asunción.
My kids are basically chicken addicts so not long after the opening, we stopped by one of the new KFC locations one afternoon and picked up food for dinner that night.
The restaurant is inside a mall and there are red footsteps on the ground leading from a giant bucket of chicken at the mall entrance to the KFC counter. Of course, I didn’t notice the footsteps at first, so I asked the girls working at the information desk for the location of KFC.
We got a bucket of extra crispy chicken, an order of chicken strips and a few biscuits.
Danny took a break from pretending to be Mr. Potato Head to eat his chicken.
Everyone was pretty pleased with the food. (Pasta and corn are not from KFC, by the way).
