Macuco Safari

One of the funniest things we did while we were visiting Iguazú Falls two weeks ago was the “Macuco Safari” on the Brazilian side of the falls.

The safari began with an open-air tram ride through the jungle.

Then we hiked through the trails, passing a few waterfalls as we made our way down to the water.

Next we got ready for the boat ride and put on life jackets. A butterfly landed on Brian’s shirt.

We boarded the boat and headed right for falls. Since I didn’t want my camera to get wet, I put it away before the boat was completely drenched by the falls.

The boat drove in and out of the falls we were soaked.

This was a fun way to cool off on a hot day!
